Jury selection to begin for Vaglica trial

Jury selection for the trial of Matt Vaglica, a Sour Lake man who pleaded guilty to four counts of intoxicated assault and whose sentencing trial ended with a hung jury, is set to begin on Monday. The trial is scheduled to start on Monday, July 28. Full Story

Too bad this couldn’t have gone to jury trial again. How in the world can he ever pay enough restitution to these people that their lives will be forever changed.
