Officials to mull pipeline haul route agreement

Following suit of other East Texas counties, Nacogdoches County will discuss and possibly take action on a haul route agreement between the county and TransCanada Keystone Pipeline when commissioners meet in regular session Tuesday.

          There needs to be money used by Nacogdoches County to repair CR 991 which has been torn up by truck traffic hauling to and from the Bio Mass Plant near Sacul. The section of road from Hwy 204 North on CR 991 is now, and has been, in very bad condition.
