People have backed out on pet adoptions at Nacogdoches Animal Shelter over the form they require adopters to sign. The form basically gives the Shelter your express permission for them to enter your home any time 24/7 to 'check on the welfare' of the pet you adopted. Seems a little over reaching.

I wonder if she will get adapted? She is so beautiful and hope she gets a chance.
