          There is no first strike. The article says he is still facing those charges.

          Speaks volumes to the poor judgement and lack of effectiveness we have with our law enforcement and judicial system here in Nacogdoches that this guy was roaming the streets after his first strike.

          This guy needs to be off the streets after the 3rd strike. It is sad to see predators roaming free on the streets.
