Douglass man begins gubernatorial run on Constitution Party ticket

A Douglass man whose land was condemned through eminent domain in TransCanada’s development of Keystone XL Pipeline in Nacogdoches County is making a run for Texas governor as the state’s Constitution Party candidate.
