Assault, 3400 block of E Main St. “Officers responded to a disturbance called in by a child.” A man allegedly assaulted his girlfriend during an argument, and was arrested.

Criminal trespass, 1200 block of North St. A person arrested for violating a criminal trespass warning for a local business provided false identifying information.

Assault, 4700 block of Pearl St. “Officers responded to a disturbance and found that one party had assaulted the other. The parties were found to be family members.”

Sexual assault, 300 block of W Main St. A report was taken about an alleged sexual assault.

Terroristic threat, 1800 block of Boney St. A person accused a family member of threatening them.

Intoxicated driver, 3600 block of Durst St. A driver stopped by police for a traffic violation was allegedly intoxicated, and was arrested.

Assault, 2500 block of Durst St. A woman allegedly assaulted her husband, and was arrested.

Burglary, 900 block of Evelyn St. A report was taken of someone broke into a home and stole property.

Unlawful carrying of a weapon, 4900 block of NE Stallings Dr. A warrant was requested for a person accused of carrying a gun at a local hospital.

Burglary of a motor vehicle, 600 block of Willow Oak St. Property was stolen from a person’s vehicle.

Disturbance in progress, US 259 and CR 122 E. Deputies helped emergency medical personnel with “an aggressive patient.”

Criminal trespass, 300 block of CR 509. A criminal trespass warning was issued to a woman’s ex-husband at her request.

Dog bite victim, 12000 block of State Hwy. 21 W. A report was taken about a dog biting a person.

Assault, 2300 block of Douglass Rd. “It was reported that one inmate committed an assaulting offense by causing saliva to contact another person. Information was gathered and forwarded to CID.”

Threatening, 200 block of CR 553. A harassment warning was issued to a man accused of threatening his ex-girlfriend through text messages.

Harassment, 1900 block of George St. Criminal trespass and harassment warnings were issued to a person accused of repeatedly making unwanted contact with another person.

Arrests included: Wes Charles Brabits II, 27, assault; Jennifer Nelson Dudley, 42, of Beckville, driving while intoxicated and unlawful carrying of a weapon; Christian Tyrese Hall, 20, motion to revoke probation; Pamela Michelle Higgs, 37, assault; Ashley Nichole Limon-Garcia, 27, driving while intoxicated; Katina Lashay Menefee, 46, criminal trespass and failure to identify; Jonathan Ray Mott, 37, public intoxication; Rene Ramez, 49, of Lufkin, parole warrant hold.

SFA POLICE DEPARTMENT

Hit-and-run, Vista Dr. Someone crashed into vehicle parked in the Wilson Dr. parking garage on campus and left without providing the required information.

JAIL POPULATION

As of 9 a.m. Tuesday, there were 234 inmates at the Nacogdoches County jail. According to the Texas Commission on Jail Standards, the maximum population is 292.
