Animal problem, 100 block of Grove Ln. The owner of dogs suspected of killing a person’s goat agreed to pay the goat’s owner for the damage.
Theft, 9800 block of US 259. Someone reportedly stole $650 from a business.
Violation of a protective order, 300 block of Box Ln. A report was taken about a man allegedly violating a protective order by calling his ex-wife.
Animal problem, Shirley Creek Marina. A dog reportedly chased children, but deputies couldn’t find the animal.
Criminal trespass, 400 block of CR 6104. Deputies asked to issue a criminal trespass warning to a person did so and also arrested the suspect on a felony warrant.
Welfare check, 400 block of J and H Ln. A woman was ticketed for not properly putting a child in a car seat.
Reckless drive, US 59 S and CR 532. Deputies issued a warning to a driver reported as driving recklessly.
Family violence, CR 210 and North St. Deputies arrested a man accused of assaulting his ex girlfriend, interfering with her call to emergency responders and damaging her vehicle.
Disorderly conduct, 200 block of W California St. “Complainant advised that an unidentified suspect lunged at her while displaying a knife in an intimidating manner.”
Incident report, 2900 block of Center Rd. A person reported getting threatening calls and messages from an unknown number.
Arrests included: Ronnie Lynn Cartwright, 45, release of surety; Curtis Brandon Fountain, 28, assault, criminal mischief and interfering with an emergency request for assistance; Christopher Joseph Gallow, 33, theft of property and another felony; Marlaina Lachae McKee, 19, of Overton, a warrant and no driver’s license; Danielle Marie Northime, 33, of Splendora, theft of property by check; Karen Ann Simmons, 37, theft of property, failure to maintain financial responsibility and failure to stop at a designated point; Lavaras Lakeith Thompson, 38, three counts of release of surety; Elijah Franklin Watt, 20, of Cushing, failure to appear on a misdemeanor and driving under the influence as a minor.
