Disturbance, 1100 block of Wade St. Officers arrested a woman accused of “trying to run over a man” who allegedly “interfered with the duties of the police officer by threatening to spit on him multiple times.”

Burglary, 100 block of Rubio Ln. A woman tipped off deputies about a person who allegedly stole property from her home. “Deputies recovered some of the items and gathered information for a report.”

Harassing calls, 300 block of Box Ln. A harassment warning was issued to a woman accused of repeatedly calling her former sister-in-law.

Juvenile problem, Lake Naconiche. Kids were warned about jumping off a bridge on Lake Naconiche.

Disturbance in progress, 3800 block of S Fredonia St. A woman accused her boyfriend of pushing her to the ground during an argument.

Burglary, 1400 block of Hillview Dr. Someone reported that an unknown person broke into their home sometime between June 23 and July 8 and stole property.

Burglary of a habitation, 200 block of Hayter St. Someone allegedly stole property from a home.

Criminal trespass, 3200 block of South St. Officers were called to a hotel when a man went into someone else’s room while “highly intoxicated, and was contacted lying on the floor.”

Assault, 1500 block of Clevenger St. A person accused another person of assault.

Criminal trespass, 800 block of Ridgeview Dr. “The complainant states that a known subject made unsolicited entry into his residence while he was sleeping before leaving after waking him. The complainant wishes to file charges.”

Theft, 4500 block of NE Stallings Dr. A handgun was stolen from a vehicle.

Arrests included:Terry Douglass Mansell, 48, of Corrigan, driving while intoxicated, second offense; Ckayia Zhane Cmone Robinson, 21, interfering with public duties; Clarence Sterling III, 26, of Waco, motion to revoke probation; Alvaro Raul Villa Jr., 32, of Carthage, motion to revoke probation.

JAIL POPULATION

As of 9 a.m. Wednesday, there were 244 inmates at the Nacogdoches County jail. According to the Texas Commission on Jail Standards, the maximum population is 292.
