Hit-and-run accident, 3100 block of E.J. Campbell Blvd. “A complainant reported that sometime during the night ... a vehicle struck the vehicle parked next to hers, which caused that vehicle to strike hers, causing damage to both.”
Burglary, 100 block of Burrows St. A report was taken of an unknown person breaking into a storage building and stealing food.
Traffic offense, 300 block of E Seale St. Two people in a vehicle stopped for a traffic violation were in possession of suspected meth.
Burglary of a motor vehicle, 1900 block of North St. Someone stole property from inside a person’s vehicle.
Shoplifter, 4800 block of North St. An “officer began an investigation into the theft of property from Walmart.”
Controlled substance, 3400 block of Brookhollow Dr. A driver who allegedly hit another vehicle and fled the scene was pulled over later by police, who found suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle. The suspects also allegedly “tampered with the evidence in an attempt to prevent officers from locating it.”
Controlled substance, 7000 block of NW Stallings Dr. A person was arrested for suspected drugs found during a traffic stop. The suspect reportedly told police where it was inside the vehicle.
Incident report, 2100 block of Fussell St. “It was found that a subject involved in the disturbance had become irate and approached another subject in a threatening manner, and was pepper sprayed. No charges filed.”
Controlled substance, 2800 block of Pearl St. A person was arrested during a traffic stop for drug possession.
Criminal mischief, 1200 block of N Mound St. Reports were taken that an unknown person damaged medical equipment at a hospital.
Agency assist, 4100 block of CR 724. Deputies provided traffic control for state troopers investigating a crash.
Identity theft, 300 block of CR 255. Someone opened a cellphone account in another person’s name and “ran up a bill of over $2,000.”
Theft, 300 block of CR 777. Deputies investigating a reported suspicious vehicle found items that had been listed as stolen inside. Two arrests were made.
Agency assist, 10000 block of US 59 S. Deputies provided traffic control for state troopers investigating a crash and gave one driver a ride to a nearby store.
Fraud, 23000 block of FM 226. “Deputies with the Nacogdoches County Constable’s Office Precinct 4 responded to a call in reference to fraud. Pending further investigation.”
Controlled substance, 1900 block of CR 555. Suspected drugs were found inside a home.
Criminal mischief, 8000 block of North St. Deputies collected evidence and identified a suspect in a case of criminal mischief.
Dog bite victim, 1200 block of CR CR 2011. A deputy helped animal control seize a dog that had bitten someone.
Criminal trespass, 100 block of Depot St. “The complainant advised she believed a subject took some items from her property” during a possible criminal trespassing incident.
Intoxicate driver, US 59 S. A driver was arrested for being intoxicated.
Weapon offense, 3800 block of NW Stallings Drive. A deputy pulled over a driver and found “several open containers, drug paraphernalia, and a prohibited weapon.”
Burglary, 400 block of CR 242. A deputy gathered evidence at the scene of a reported burglary.
Warrant service, 10000 block of State Hwy. 21 E. Deputies pulled over a driver who didn’t slow down or move over for an emergency vehicle and found one person had an active warrant. That person was arrested.
Intoxicated person, 700 block of CR 269. Deputies were dispatched to a report of a person sleeping on another person’s porch. The resident said “she does not know who that person is and he has no right” to be there. The individual reportedly “could not remember what day it was, what town he was in, or what year it was” and didn’t do well on sobriety tests. The man was arrested.
Fraud, 800 block of FM 1648. Someone used another person’s information to make fraudulent purchases.
Animal bite victim, 1000 block of FM 226. A person went to the hospital after being bitten by a cat, who “was euthanized prior to the complainant arriving at the hospital.”
Traffic hazard, US 259 and State Hwy. 204. “Deputies observed a fire extinguisher going off in the middle of the roadway near the Garrison Y. Deputies removed the fire extinguisher from the roadway.”
Controlled substance, 8000 block of North St. A passenger in a vehicle pulled over by deputies ran away on foot but was apprehended. The person had a warrant and suspected drugs, and was arrested.
Suspicious vehicle, 1700 block of CR 166. Deputies searched for “a white van (which) was driving slowly down the roadway looking at children” but didn’t find the vehicle.
Arson, 100 block of CR 415. A “deputies were dispatched ... in reference to an arson. Information was gathered, and a report was made.”

Controlled substance, 4500 block of North St. A driver and a passenger were arrested during a traffic stop when officers found suspected marijuana.
Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, 3800 block of University Dr. A woman was arrested after officers dispatched to investigate a hit-and-run crash “learned that (she) stole a person’s car and then hit two vehicles in the parking lot.”
Found property, 200 block of Zula St. One person was arrested during a traffic stop after a suspected controlled substance was found in the vehicle.
Controlled substance, 1200 block of Dolph St. A driver pulled over for speeding was reportedly “sweating profusely, talkative and appeared nervous.” A search of the vehicle lead to discovery of suspected drugs in the car and on the driver.
Criminal trespass, 1500 block of Dolph St. One person was arrested for allegedly violating a criminal trespass warning.
Controlled substance, 100 block of Travis St. A driver and passenger were arrested during a traffic stop after suspected drugs were found in the vehicle.
Intoxicated person, 500 block of King St. A driver who ran into a light pole was arrested for allegedly driving while intoxicated.
Controlled substance, 1200 block of N Mound St. “Officers responded to the hospital for a drugs complaint. Subject was found to have suspected narcotics upon her person.”
Criminal trespass, 3400 block of E Main St. A person accused of trespassing allegedly struggled with police when they attempted to detain him.
