Burglary of a motor vehicle, 2900 block of Lake Forest Dr. Reports were taken of someone who stole property and rummaged through a person’s vehicle.
Burglary of a motor vehicle, 800 block of Georgia Oak St. Officers to a report that someone — possibly two known individuals — stole property from a person’s vehicle while it was parked at the complainant’s home.
Burglary of a habitation, 3400 block of E Main St. Electronics were reported stolen from a home.
Criminal trespass, 2800 block of Santa Fe Rd. Police arrested a man accused of violating a criminal trespass warning for an apartment complex who also “drove at an excessive rate of speed in a residential area ... in wanton disregard for the safety of others.”
Assault, 1400 block of Rho St. A person allegedly hit a family member.
Theft, 1100 block of N University Dr. Two people were accused of changing the barcodes on items they purchased at their work “to pay a lower cost for the item.”
Shoplifter, 1000 block of N University Dr. A person allegedly stole merchandise valued at less than $100 from a business. The charge was enhanced because of a prior theft conviction.
Burglary of a habitation, 1800 block of North St. Property was reported stolen from a person’s home.
Controlled substance, 1300 block of W Seale St. A driver pulled over by police for speeding was in possession of suspected drugs and was arrested.
Intoxicated person, 5300 block of Northway Dr. Officers pulled over a vehicle with people suspected of being intoxicated. The driver and a passenger were allegedly intoxicated, and a third person gave police false identifying information and had active warrants.
Burglary of a motor vehicle, 200 block of N Popp St. Property was allegedly stolen from a person’s vehicle.
Controlled substance, 1000 block of E Starr Ave. Officers stopped to investigate an suspicious vehicle and found a person in possession of suspected drug paraphernalia and controlled substance.
Assault, 2400 block of Douglass Rd. A person allegedly assaulted a family member, but the victim declined to press charges.
Burglary of a building, 6500 block of FM 2609. Reports were filed that someone broke into a storage building.
Theft, 400 block of CR 2031. A report was taken about a possible scam perpetrated against a resident.
Theft, 600 block of CR 232. A person reported they believed someone stole their dogs.
Harassment, 4800 block of FM 2259. A person accused another individual of harassing them through texts and calls.
Criminal mischief, 900 block of Cypress Ave. Someone tried to break into a coin safe at a car wash.
Burglary of a building, 6500 block of FM 2609. Someone allegedly broke into a storage unit and stole “most of the complainant’s property.”
Intoxicate driver, 1300 block of State Hwy. 103. A driver pulled over by deputies was reportedly intoxicated and was arrested.
Arrests included: Landon Seth Bradsher, 20, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; Austin Michael Bruce, 30, of Huntington, driving while intoxicated, second offense; Laura Ann Collins, 49, driving while license invalid, failure to appear on a misdemeanor and theft of property; Melissa Sue Cooper, 43, theft of property; Malcolm Vaughn Creamer, 35, violation of a bond/protective order; Natasha Lekendra Davis, 39, of Houston, public intoxication, failure to identify, bail jumping and failure to appear, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, failure to appear on a misdemeanor, assault, and four counts of motion to revoke probation; Qualonda Trenecia Freeny, 26, public intoxication; Diego Garcia-Romano, 30, warrant; Brieanca Nicole McGowan-Driver, 26, driving while intoxicated; Vachon Oneal Powers, 44, release of surety and theft of property; Zevonte Ty Reque Sturgis, 18, of Diboll, failure to appear on a misdemeanor and bail jumping and failure to appear; Jamichael Deshun Tanner, 21, reckless driving and criminal trespass; Jabora Dewayne Wallace, 29, operation of a vehicle with an expired license plate, no driver’s license and possession of drug paraphernalia.
