Juvenile problem, 315 CR 221. Deputies dispatched to investigate a disturbance “learned that the juvenile complainant was mad at her mother for not getting her way. Deputies spoke with the mother and juvenile and assisted them with a solution to the problem.”
Suspicious vehicle, 11000 block of FM 343. Deputies stopped to check on a reported suspicious vehicle and found it seemed to have hit a deer “and sustained severe damage ...”
Harassing calls, 200 block of Pecan Hill Ln. A person reported their under-age daughter receiving harassing, inappropriate text messages on a new phone. The messages appeared to be spam, and the complainant was told to contact the phone company.
Identity theft, 500 CR 2221. A person’s Social Security number was fraudulently used “to gain employment at a business based in Atlanta, Georgia.”
Criminal mischief, CR 153. A vehicle was damaged, allegedly by the driver’s former boyfriend.
Animal problem, 400 block of CR 471. Deputies provided information to a person who complained that their neighbor’s dog was being aggressive toward them.
Assault, 4800 block of NW Stallings Dr. A woman accused her boyfriend of assault.
Aggravated sexual assault of a child, 300 block of W Main St. “A known subject reportedly sexually assaulted a child.”
Credit cad abuse, 100 block of Mitchell St. A debit card was used fraudulently.
Criminal mischief, 1700 block of E Main St. Several vehicles were damaged overnight.
Theft, 1400 block of N University Dr. Officers arrested a person accused of shoplifting from a store and threatening a clerk.
Theft, 200 block of Russell Blvd. “Complainant advised that during a two-day time span an unidentified suspect stole money from his wallet when unattended.”
Disorderly conduct, 800 block of Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. A report was filed about someone “brandishing a gun to alarm others.”
Arrests included: Xavior Deshawn Berry, 23, theft of property; Dakenyon Dwayne Davis, 19, three misdemeanors; Kevin Dewayne King, 33, warrant; Rual McBride II, 27, a warrant; James Terry Moore, 67, theft of property and resisting arrest; Nathaniel Cody Noble, 30, driving while license invalid; Xavier Albery Pipkin, 20, tampering with identification numbers and another misdemeanor; Kelvin Earl Scott, Jr., 24, driving while license invalid, possession of drug paraphernalia and three other misdemeanors; Tyrell Aaron Strony, 22, criminal mischief, assault, interfering with an emergency request for assistance and criminal trespass.
