Controlled substance, state Hwy. 7 E. and FM 2713. A driver whom deputies tried to pull over continued driving, “disregarding deputies’ lights and sirens.” When the driver eventually stopped, “illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia” were found in the vehicle and the driver was arrested.

Theft, 800 block of Moore St. Property was stolen from a person.

Controlled substance, 600 block of SE Stallings Dr. Suspected meth was found during a traffic stop.

Controlled substance, 4000 block of SE Stallings Dr. People involved in a car wreck were allegedly intoxicated. Marijuana was found in the vehicle, and the suspects “performed poorly on standard field sobriety tests.”

Controlled substance, 400 block of South St. Officers found suspected marijuana in a vehicle during a traffic stop. Both the driver and passenger were arrested.

Burglary of a habitation, 900 block of Reedy St. Someone broke into a home and stole property.

Intoxicated driver, 2200 block of SE Stallings Dr. A driver involved in a minor crash was arrested for being intoxicated.

Aggravated robbery, 2000 block of North St. An investigation was opened into a report of a person being robbed.

Criminal trespass, 2200 block of Terry St. A person contacted police to file charges against someone who violated a previously issued criminal trespass warning.

Criminal mischief, 200 block of CR 262. Someone deflated the tires on a vehicle.

Burglary, 2900 block of FM 2259. Someone broke into a home.

Criminal trespass, 2300 block of CR 392. “A known subject made unlawful entry into a residence.”

Major accident, state Hwy. 204 and 7th St. A deputy stood by at the scene of a major crash until state troopers arrived to investigate.

Evading arrest, SE Stallings Drive and FM 2259. Deputies requested a warrant for the arrest of the man who fled a traffic stop on foot.

Traffic offense, SE Stallings Dr. A driver stopped for expired registration had prior convictions for the same offense and was arrested.

Fire assist, 4000 block of CR 434. Deputies assisted firefighters with a structure fire. Foul play is not suspected.

Fire assist, 300 block of CR 6108. A report of smoke inside a home was believed to be caused by a malfunctioning air conditioner.

Arrests included: Howard Gordon Bennett, 61, theft of property; Devin Dekota Bridge, 20, possession of marijuana; Danny Rowe Deckard, 63, theft of property; Ronald Jerrell Gipson, 32, failure to maintain financial responsibility; Jake Earl Hendrix, 47, driving while intoxicated; Jorge Luis Herrera, 28, motion to revoke probation; Latricia Charay Hill, 27, of Moscow, public intoxication; Lakenidric Marquee Johnson, 35, public intoxication, assault, failure to appear on a misdemeanor, open container and no driver’s license; Lance Everett Knight, 37, driving while license invalid with a previous conviction without financial responsibility, driving while license invalid, failure to maintain financial responsibility and another misdemeanor; Nicky Knight, 32, possession of a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence and evading arrest/detention with a vehicle; Nathon Dakota Lamar, 17, possession of marijuana; Glenn Earl Moye, 53, of Moscow, Texas, possession of marijuana; Larkin Lenani Norris, 23, warrant; Michael Amos Pridgett, 29, of Houston, motion to revoke probation; Dontavius Laron Sheppard, 18, burglary of a habitation; Matthew Dalemar Simmons, 35, warrant; Kenneth Ray Thorne, 68, public intoxication.
