Our local Chick-fil-A is always busy, and the drive through is wrapped around the entire building and out into North Street. They furnish great food and great service, so they have a good business. They are rare in this day as they are closed on Sunday to observe The Lord’s Day as was common place prior to our moral decay. This also gives them a day of rest as God rested after he created all things by his spoken word in the days of creation.
The owners of Chic-fil-A are Christian and believe the Bible is valid from beginning to end and we as Christians are to abide by the doctrines as written. The Bible is clear as God created man and woman and they were to become one in marriage. There are many who are gay and maybe have a partner they share a life with. They will go about their lives in a normal way as others and be a part of the community. They are accepted and are loved just as others.
Then we have those as in other areas that are troublemakers and demand that we give in to their demands and, if not, then they state we are discriminating against them.
The San Antonio City Council has refused to allow Chic-fil-A to open an airport location due to the beliefs of the owners and the lack of spine on the part of the council. The San Antonio City Council and the Texas LGBT lawmakers are discriminating against Chick-fil-A. God Bless America.
